8 Nights / 9 Days | Paro → Haa Valley → Paro
At 3,120 metres, carved into a sheer cliff above the Paro valley, Tiger’s Nest. This journey builds toward it through the oldest temples in Bhutan, the rarely visited Haa Valley, and a day of preparation before the climb.

Return over Chelela Pass. Stop as long as you want at the summit: prayer flags, peaks, cold air. Afternoon in Paro: Dumtse Lhakhang (1433), three floors representing hell, earth, and heaven.
A slower day before the climb. Morning at leisure. Briefing on the Tiger’s Nest hike. Light walk through Paro Dzong courtyard. Early dinner. Early night.
Taktsang Monastery. 900 metres above the valley floor. Hike of 2 to 3 hours, steady, not technical. You cross a bridge over a waterfall to enter. Chapels lit by butter lamps, monks moving quietly. Coming down, lighter.
Last morning in Paro. Butter tea and the sound of the valley. Drive to the airport. The runway between mountains. The ascent.
